Participant Waiver: The undersigned, on behalf of themselves, their child, and their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release Rangers F.C/Riverside FC and its heirs, executors, and assigns from any and all liability for injury or damage suffered by the child during or arising from participation in the Riverside/Rangers F.C Soccer Camp. The undersigned assumes all risks of injuries that the child may sustain while participating in any activity associated with the camp. By signing this waiver and liability agreement, the undersigned acknowledges having read, fully understood, and agreed to all its terms and conditions.
Media Release: Riverside/Rangers F.C utilises photographs and videos for the creation of educational and marketing materials. These visual assets may be used in posters, brochures, and may be displayed in local soccer centres. Additionally, photographs and videos may be retained on file for future use. The undersigned grants Riverside/Rangers F.C the permission to use such media featuring themselves or their child for these purposes.
