What makes a good Debt Resolution Specialist?
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced call center debt resolution specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in debt management programmes / IVA or debt resolution, excellent communication skills, top level CRM abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in debt management/IVA or debt resolution
- Experience working on multiple CRMS.
- Excellent understanding of Debt management / Debt resolution and IVA
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Neutral English Accent
Responsibilities:
- Calculating client’s monthly repayment
- Getting clients to agree on upfront charges.
- Clients E- Sign on the call
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions
- Ensure clients’ need are in best interest
